61 producers, all members of a quality charter, open their doors on regular schedules to those who wish to discover and appreciate the treasures of our countries. Once your visit is complete, the AOC wines, Touraine, Tourain-Mesland, Cheverny, Cour-Cheveny, Coteaux du Vendômois and Valençay as well as the AOC cheeses, Selles-sur-cher, Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine and Valençay will have no secrets for you.
These producers are listed in the brochure “Terroirs de Loire” which not only gives you the good addresses but also suggests a few receipes to prepare their products: asparagus and stawberries of Sologne, game, fish from the Loire... not to forget our famous upside-down apple pie, the tarte Tatin.
